David Hockney Style Joiner Photographs
October 21st – October 26th, 2017
Objective: Students will take multiple photographs of the same subject matter using different vantage points, and use the technique developed by David Hockney to join the images to make a collage them. Students will turn in their readings with Cornell Notes.

- “The Hook” – Intro PowerPoint about David Hockney and his “joiner” images,
- View a YouTube video about making a Photoshop “joiner.”
- Ticket out the door: Write a sentence describing where or what you want your joiner image to be from or about

S Will: (You do) Take at least 15 images of the same subject matter from slightly different angles and create a David Hockney styled “joiner.”
